Receiving notifications via WhatsApp
- From the Expert Back Office, go to the following menu Settings > Notification rules.
- Click the Create a rule button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Select Advanced notification.
- Select the type of notification WhatsApp message sent to the merchant.
- Click Next
- Select one or more trigger events from the list.Currently, the only available event is Payment accepted.
- Click Next.
- In the General settings box, enter the
label of the rule.Example: Payment accepted via WhatsApp BOT.The message sent to the merchant cannot be personalized.
- Click the Create button.Once created, the rule is automatically activated.
