Receiving notifications via WhatsApp

  1. From the Expert Back Office, go to the following menu Settings > Notification rules.
  2. Click the Create a rule button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  3. Select Advanced notification.
  4. Select the type of notification WhatsApp message sent to the merchant.
  5. Click Next
  6. Select one or more trigger events from the list.
    Currently, the only available event is Payment accepted.
  7. Click Next.
  8. In the General settings box, enter the label of the rule.
    Example: Payment accepted via WhatsApp BOT.
    The message sent to the merchant cannot be personalized.
  9. Click the Create button.
    Once created, the rule is automatically activated.
